Thairapy salon is a full service salon featuring color, cut, and styling specialists as well as highly educated estheticians and injectors. We were established in 2018, and are home to professionals who have devoted many years to their craft.
Salon Policies
All clients
You will receive a text or call at least 24hrs prior to your appointment to confirm.
Cancellations / No call - No Show
If you fail to contact us to reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 48hrs prior, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. Multiple cancellations will result in prepaying for your entire service. Any no call, no show may be required to pay 50% of service for all future appointments.
New clients
First time clients are subject to put a 30% deposit down, with a minimum of $50 on select services. If a cancellation occurs or you have to reschedule your appointment less than 48hr prior to an appointment, deposits are non-refundable. If you are needing to reschedule, your appointment has to be within 2 weeks of the original appointment or an additional deposit will be required.
Late
We understand things happen, this is why we will hold your appointment up to 15 minutes past your scheduled time. This may mean your stylist may have to alter your goals to complete your service during your scheduled time. Anything past 15 minutes will be canceled and a deposit required to book future appointments.
Children
Children with an appointment are welcome to the salon. We ask that you do not bring children with you to your appointment as we not only care about the safety of your little ones, but strive to create a relaxing and peaceful environment for all of our guest. You will be asked to reschedule your appointment to a day that you can enjoy your service if they are present without an appointment.
